For more than 4 weeks, add weeks together.

Example: For 6 weeks, add 4 weeks + 2 weeks rates together.

Security deposit: Completely refundable within 14 days

after vacating condo. This is not a cleaning deposit.  This

deposit is only in the event that there is loss, damage,

excessive electric use (average use is 12Kwh to 14Kwh per

day, we allow for 16Kwh per day) or cleaning (we allow

4 hours for  cleaning).

Cancellation: If notice given 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund.

If less than 90 days prior to arrival: A $100.00 a week charge

will be deducted for each week thereafter.

Check in time 3PM. Check out time 12 noon.

No daily maid service included.

Our rates are 20% off the normal vacation rentals.
